Welcome to the City of Conway Springs Emergency Medical Services (CSEMS) official page. Conway Springs EMS is a full time advanced life support ambulance service operated by the City of Conway Springs, Kansas, and dispatched by Sumner County Emergency Communi

cations (911). CSEMS was established in 1969 and has been serving the community for over 50 years. CSEMS is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in need. We are staffed by a team of well trained and experienced EMS providers who are ready to respond to emergencies at a moment's notice. CSEMS operates three shifts on a 48/96 hour schedule out of our post in downtown Conway Springs and cover approximately 180 square miles including the city and surrounding area of Sumner County, Kansas.
