🌟 Recruiter Spotlight: Congratulations to SSG Rob Rankin! 🌟

We are beyond excited to congratulate SSG Rob Rankin for an incredible achievement! Not only did he meet his assigned mission of 16 enlistments for the year, but he exceeded it by 2, bringing his total to 18 enlistments in just 5 months securing him the top spot in the RRBN to date!

For his outstanding efforts, SSG Rankin was coined by The Adjutant General of the State of Arkansas, and during this time, BG Chad Bridges took the opportunity to tap into SSG Rankin's vast knowledge to understand the keys to his success. These insightful conversations will help pave the way for success within the Recruiting and Retention Battalion, as well as the Arkansas Army National Guard as a whole.
