Of course, Conway was named the Holiday Capital of South Carolina. When you have Halloween Hal’s charm, leadership, and flawless seasonal judgment, success tends to follow. 🎃
Sure, Hal prefers October above all else… but in the spirit of being a team player, he allows the Christmas lights, Valentine hearts, shamrocks, bunnies, and patriotic decor to have their moment too.
After all, every holiday is just a placeholder until we’re once again City of Halloween. And stay tuned for America 250. Hal has epic ideas brewing 🦅🎇

Halloween Hal has taken matters into his own… skeletal hands 🖤🥚

Out of all the pastel fluff, the City managed to make exactly one acceptable egg. So naturally, he’s hiding it. And no, it’s definitely not on the Bunny Trail… far too perky for his taste.

Somewhere in Conway, one egg has gone rogue… dark, dramatic, and filled with a prize for a lucky Halloween lover who prefers tricks over tulips and pumpkins over Peeps.

If you find it, follow the instructions inside… and post your picture (for Hal’s sake, he needs the validation).

Halloween Hal has been named April Employee of the Month for his work with the City’s Pollen Collection Crew.

While this is a seasonal role, he is already working toward a promotion this October to Director of Pumpkin Operations and Seasonal Mischief, where his talents are expected to truly… bloom. 🎃

Word got back to Halloween Hal that a leprechaun has been showing up around Conway.

Hal has put Leprechaun Len on notice and made it clear this city doesn’t need another troublemaker.

You’d think he would’ve disappeared by now but look closely…this Leprechaun is one sneaky and lucky little fella🍀🌈💰
