Sharing this, as given colder temperatures, there tends to be a dramatic increase in house fires. Locally this has very much been the case, and given the holiday season, makes it an even worse occurrence.

Roof is a lot of what we do, but is FAR from all we do!

So this started life as a 1k repair, on a roof that needed replacement.

Fast forward after being offered another lowball, and we are now at 20K, including the home owners deductible.

Another happy policy holder getting the coverage they deserve. Big fans of that here at Panda Public Adjusting ❤️🐼.

So what is a Public Adjuster and what do they do?

This is something we have to address all the time, as when the word "Adjuster" is heard it sparks certain feelings, often times negative ones as awareness of what PA's are and do, is often misunderstood.

WINNING IS ONLY HALF THE BATTLE 🫡🫡🫡

So at the beginning of this claim, neither of these figures existed. Only thing being paid was a big, fat, zero. Full denial.

After 6 months of contractor involvement, this was still denied. ~90 days after signing with PPA, the claim was approved, but at the first figure. ~30 days later, and now it looks a little better.

Winning the claim is half the battle, but winning the claim and getting the policy holder what they actually deserve, are two different things.

At Panda Public Adjusting, we like full size wins for our policy holders. Mission accomplished 🐼

Excited to help another policy holder get the coverage that they deserve!

What started out as a hard denial, is ending in a full roof replacement. Beyond thankful for policy holders that trust us to advocate for them, and thankful for contractors that believe in us enough, to refer their customers 🐼!
