We are proud to announce that our school has officially been recognized as a Heart Safe School through Arkansas Project ADAM!

This designation highlights our commitment to the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and visitors through cardiac emergency preparedness, training, and response planning.

A huge thank you to Arkansas Project ADAM, Conway Fire & Rescue and to everyone who helped make this achievement possible. Together, we are creating a safer school community for all! 💙

Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice allows us the freedoms we enjoy every day, including the opportunity to learn, grow, and serve together as a school family.

To all of our students, staff, families, and loved ones who have been impacted by the loss of a service member — please know we are thinking of you today with gratitude and respect. ❤️🇺🇸

A huge shout out to the Conway Cycling Project and the volunteers that came to WCE and put on an awesome Bike Rodeo for our students. We are so fortunate to have this program in Conway. Thank you all for making an impact at WCE!

Here is some info on the program and how every student can get a FREE bicycle!

Our non-profit bicycle repair and giveaway program is the Conway Cycling Project located at 1820 Old Morrilton Hwy, Conway, AR 72032. We rehab and refurbished donated bike to put back into the hands of our community. We also donate bikes to schools and organizations all over central Arkansas.

Any kid 16 and under can receive a bike for free. We also have bike for those 16 and older. They can purchase a bike (heavily reduced price since they are refurbished). Additionally we have an earn-a-bike program for those who cannot purchase a bike from us where they volunteer some time in our shop helping us clean and organize our equipment or repair bikes.

They are open every Monday and a Wednesday from Noon - 3pm, and on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from Noon - 3pm
