Sometimes the heart of the ranch is found in the quiet moments. 🤍

This photo was taken by one of our house dads while tending to the horses, and it feels like such a beautiful picture of what makes this place possible. So many people here serve faithfully every single day in ways that often go unseen.

Serving at the ranch looks like caring for animals before the sun is fully up.
It looks like preparing meals, showing up consistently, listening well, and creating spaces where children feel safe, loved, and known.

It is the many serving hearts across this ranch that continue to make room for healing, belonging, and hope.

Because of those who give, serve, and pray for the ranch, children get to simply be kids while houseparents and caregivers are supported in creating safe, joy filled homes every day.

Some people serve the mission in more ways than one, and Kim is one of those people. 🤍

As our Director of Finance, Kim helps steward the daily needs of the Ranch with wisdom, faithfulness, and intentional care behind the scenes. Her work helps create stability for our homes, support for our staff, and consistency for the children we serve. 📋🏡

But long before this role, Kim spent over ten years serving directly as a houseparent at the Ranch. She helped create a home filled with care, guidance, accountability, and love for children walking through difficult seasons of life. The impact of those years continues today through the lives she poured into and the relationships that still remain strong. 🌿

Her yes has never just been about a position. It has been about obedience, faithfulness, and a deep commitment to the children God has brought to the Ranch. ✨
