Congratulations to Swallows Insurance on its 70 years in business!! What began with Elmo Swallows in Livingston in 1956 has now grown into a three-generation family business. Now carried on by Michael and Matt Swallows, they have three locations: 480 Neal St in Cookeville, 1120 W Main St in Livingston and 520 W Broad St in Smithville.

Honored to be sworn in and serve as your County Mayor for another 4 year term! I have dedicated my adult life to serving the citizens of Putnam County from a Paramedic to EMS/911 Director to County Mayor. It was extra special to have my wife Melanie, daughter Paige, granddaughter Avery and my Mom Betty at the ceremony. I think our County's future looks very bright and I'm excited to share it with you! Special thanks to Judge Shawn Fry for swearing me in and all the ladies in my office for the great job they do every day!
