đź“Ť37 Cedar In April 2012, we adopted the Adult High School - now
called VITAL. We work with Pickup Putnam to help keep our county clean.

We've worked with Helping Hands, Genesis House, Haitian orphanage, Habitat for Humanity, A Room at the Inn, Next-Step as well as several international projects. Our club worked with TTU students on an international service project-a sheet drive for an orphanage in the Dominican Republic. We have had helped with coat drives, book drives, food drives, etc. The club joins Rotary’s global network of v

olunteers in enhancing their communities and promoting international goodwill through club projects, scholarships, cultural exchanges, and grants for development and humanitarian projects. The Sunset club met at the Boardroom in Gainesboro last night for good food, good fellowship and New Officers Installation. Prez Maria gave out some well deserved awards, reviewed her year and “Passed the Bottle” (our unique tradition) to our next Prez Emily Green.

A few members from our club made a visit to the Genesis house Tuesday. We supplied soil, seeds, plants, shovels and rakes, gloves among other items. The Survivors are wanting to start a flower garden and we were happy to help.
