CAC TRIO

TRIO is a support program seeking to empower students to overcome obstacles and transfer to university.

TRIO Student Support Services, located on the Signal Peak Campus of Central Arizona College, is designed to assist first generation, low-income students and students with disabilities by providing support and services throughout their academic career and transition to a university. Services include personalized academic advising, peer/faculty mentoring, monitored academic tutoring, cultural events

, scholarship opportunities, and much more. The goal of the program is to increase the retention, graduation and transfer rates of TRIO students. For more information please call 520-494-5007 or e-mail [email protected]

An ASU representative, will be visiting CAC-SPC on February 20th, and will be stationed in M113C near the advising offices from 9:30am – 4:00pm.
The representative will be available to talk with students individually and he recommends they bring their unofficial transcript. Even if students are unsure of their field of study or which university they will attend, this is a great opportunity to gather information.
