Court information/incarceration: Worcester Town Court

Narrative: The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office announces the Felony arrest of the above named Defendant following a welfare check in the Town of Worcester, NY. Deputies determined through the investigation that the Defendant was operating a vehicle from out of state driving into Otsego County. The Defendant was taken into custody for suspicion of being impaired by narcotics, and did not possess a valid driver’s license. Subsequent to arrest, the Defendant was found to be in possession of multiple illegal controlled substances, including approximately 9.2 grams of Co***ne, approximately 73 Xanax (Alprazolam) pills not prescribed, and 3 bottles of liquid Methadone not prescribed. The Defendant was arrested, processed, and turned over to Otsego County Corrections pending Centralized Arraignment.
