Our Story

Cooperstown is a small community located in Venango County, Northwest Pennsylvania. The borough was incorporated November 25, 1858.

Cooperstown is a quiet family oriented community. With numerous ball fields and teams. We have different Community activities throughout the year. A Car Cruise-in. Breakfast with Santa followed by a light up night for our Christmas Island. There is a Community days everyone is invited to attend at the fair grounds. The Fire Department has gun raffles during the year as well.

The Borough is governed by an elected Borough Council. The Council meets the First Monday of every month at the Borough building. The meeting is called to order at 7 PM. The public is always welcome to attend. They are welcome to come and express their concerns as well as to tell the Council how much they appreciate our town.
