Veterans can receive FREE transit for Health and Wellness Transportation Services with the Coos County Area Transit Veteran ID card.
Health & Wellness Services include:
• Medical Appointments
• Mental Health Appointments
• Physical Therapy/Gym
• Hearing/Vision Appointments
• Dental Appointments
• Pharmacy
• Grocery Stores
• Senior Centers

Let dispatch know that you are a veteran requesting Health & Wellness Transit Services. They will help you get the enrollment form. Complete the enrollment form, submit a picture so we can get your information in our system and issue you an ID Card.
Remember, we need a current photo of you for your CCAT Veteran bus pass.
A CCAT driver or office staff can take your photo if needed.
