While we were at it, we asked them what they were most excited for this school year. We would also LOVE to hear what you are most excited for this school year!

Be on the lookout on our feed tomorrow as we introduce more of the Coppell Police Officers keeping our schools safe this year. 👮

The Coppell Police Department finished off their summer with Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT), a course designed to prepare officers for one of the most challenging situations law enforcement can face.

Training like this helps officers sharpen their skills and their decision-making under pressure, strengthening their ability to respond when seconds matter most. While we hope these skills are never needed, preparedness is one of the most important commitments we make to keep this community safe. 💙

Coppell ISD students will be headed back to school next week, so we want to make sure you are mentally prepared to see buses back in action. Remember, you MUST stop for a school bus.

Need a cheat sheet? Check out this handy dandy diagram for when to stop for a school bus. Study it, learn it, and know ALL the situations to stop when a school bus is present.

Be safe out there, Coppell!

We look to have had a mysterious messenger that left us a surprise on the windshield of our squads.

Upon closer inspection, the messages were delightful. So we decided to share them with our social media audience.

To the person (or persons!) behind this adorable feat, thank you for lighting up our day. We do what we do day in and day out for the Coppell community, and gestures like this one are just friendly reminders of how privileged we are to serve a city as unique as this one.

And if you happen to be stumbling through this post in your feed, we hope you have an awesome day! ☀️😀

We recently received not one but TWO visits from staff from Mockingbird Elementary. They brought us multiple packages of bottled water to keep us hydrated through the heat.

When asked what the occasion was, they simply said that they wanted to share acts of kindness to our officers. 🥹

Thank you for thinking of us and sharing your kindness! 🫶

Do you know how to identify a bike that is legal to ride? Not all electric powered bikes are created equally!

It is critical to know the difference, especially if your child is involved. Before you make that purchase, do your research and make sure what you have can legally be ridden in Coppell. 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️
