Our Nomads latest field training exercise, Operation On The Move, was all about operational readiness, focusing on Forward Resuscitative Surgical Detachment (FRSD) operations, damage control resuscitation, and damage control surgery. With incredible role players and support from 126th FRSD, we simulated real-world battlefield scenarios to sharpen our skills and enhance our ability to save lives in austere environments.

A huge shoutout to everyone who participated and helped facilitate, your dedication and expertise to ensure we’re always mission ready!
