What an incredible day celebrating the 4th Anniversary of Copper Basin Fire & Rescue!

To everyone who came out to support CBFR, shared a meal, listened to the music, played co****le, donated, or simply stopped by to say hello—thank you. Your support means more than you know.

A special thank you to our firefighters and volunteers who serve this community day in and day out. Whether responding to emergencies, attending training, maintaining equipment, or helping at events, your dedication is what makes CBFR possible.

Congratulations and thank you to our new Chief, Matt Green, for his leadership and commitment to our department and community.

🍻🚒 THANK YOU, COPPERHILL BREWERY! 🚒🍻

A huge thank you to our friends at Copperhill Brewery for hosting a pop-up fundraiser during Trivia with Travis last night!

Thanks to the generosity of Copperhill Brewery and everyone who came out to participate, $725 was raised to support Copper Basin Fire & Rescue.

As an all-volunteer department, every dollar helps provide equipment, training, and resources that allow us to continue serving East Polk County and our neighboring communities.

We are grateful for the continued support of Copperhill Brewery, Trivia with Travis, the brewery staff, and everyone who spent their evening supporting their local volunteer fire department.

Together, we are building a stronger and safer community.

Slow Down! Stay Alert! Arrive Alive!

Did you know: from Memorial Day through Labor Day, traffic fatalities across the nation increase significantly. This period is often called the "100 Deadliest Days of Summer" due to the rise in crashes involving speeding, distracted driving, impaired driving, and increased travel.

Whether you're heading to the lake, the mountains, a ball game, or a family cookout, please help keep our roads safe:

✅ Buckle up — every trip, every seat, every time
✅ Put the phone away and stay focused on the road
✅ Slow down and obey speed limits
✅ Never drive impaired by alcohol, drugs, or fatigue
✅ Leave extra following distance, especially on winding mountain roads
✅ Watch carefully for motorcycles, bicyclists, pedestrians, and wildlife
✅ Move over for emergency vehicles and roadside responders

A few extra minutes of travel time is worth far more than a lifetime of regret.

Copper Basin Fire & Rescue responds to motor vehicle accidents throughout our community and neighboring jurisdictions. We would much rather see you arrive safely at your destination than meet you on the side of the road.
