WE ARE COMING TO CURRY COUNTY!!! The FREE Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event will be on August 15th, 2026 from 9am to 1pm at the CTR Transfer Site on Carpenterville Rd in Brookings. Be sure to arrive on-site no later than 12:30pm. This Curry County event has traditionally been extremely popular and it only happens once per year!

Fire Season June 1st

Fire season will go into effect in Oregon Department of Forestry's Coos Forest Protective Association (Coos FPA) District Monday, June 1. Here's what you should know.
