MC Life Coaching I coach several types of people who are having difficulty in life. Whether from stress, depression, Relationships are hard.

I start with getting to know and understand what the client is looking for in their life. We then move over to the desires the client has for their situation in life. Some of my clients do not have a goal yet but need help with a heavy weight they are carrying. If the path you are currently on is too difficult to deal with, you can get your head back in the game with my help. I have been married 2

9 years and took marriage counseling classes at FIU. I learned how important things like communication, trust, and compromise help couples get back to enjoying their companionship. Together, lets find ways to allow yourself to experience the fullness of life. Spirituality is a very important part of being human. Our minds represent the ultimate expression of who we are.
