UPDATE: The Holiday Inn Express in Coralville is now reserving a block of 5 King and 5 Queen beds (10 total rooms) for up to 2 nights. If anyone has any trouble getting 2 nights (or more if they need) please call the front desk at (319) 625-5000, and they may be able to accommodate additional room nights. The new booking deadline for reservations is 0800 on Monday, January 26th.
