The use of fireworks is prohibited in Coralville except July 3rd, 4th, and December 31st. If you choose to use fireworks, use safety. The safest way to enjoy fireworks is to watch a public display. You can come watch Coralville’s public show on July 4 at S.T. Morrison Park!

From all of us at the Coralville Fire Department, have a safe and happy Fourth of July!

On Sunday, we had the honor of attending the Iowa Firefighters Memorial Service.

This year, the service fell on Flag Day, making the day even more meaningful as we gathered to honor the firefighters who have served before us and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

We are proud to take part in this tradition each year and pay tribute to the dedication, service, and sacrifice of Iowa’s firefighters.
