We’ve got food growing in our garden beds! Our Summer Reading Challenge began this week and the first of our veggies are being harvested. The food grown at the Library as well as the raised beds at North Ridge Park will be available in our Community Fridge when it’s ready throughout the summer. Thanks so much to the staff who are nurturing its growth.

Sunday, 12:00-4:00 pm, stop by the Library for free health and social services. The UI Mobile Clinic will be in the lower level of the Library providing free basic health services on a drop-in basis.

Free health services include:

- Vitals: blood pressure, heart rate
- Labs: Cholesterol & diabetes (HbA1C) testing
- Exercise + nutrition: programming and education
- Prescription for medication refills
- Free eyeglasses for reading
- Visit with a doctor

The staff of the Coralville Public Library invites you to join our Summer Reading Challenge! 📚☀️

Registration opens today through Beanstack or in person at the library. Whether you’re a lifelong reader or just looking for a fun summer goal, there’s a challenge for everyone.

To celebrate, join us tonight for our Summer Reading Kickoff Event from 5:00–6:30 PM. We’d love to see you there as we launch a season of reading, learning, and fun!
