Road closure due to construction on
KY 727 (5th Street Road) Corbin. The closed area will go from Cumberland Falls HWY to Busy Lane. The road is expected to open Wednesday at 7:00 AM.

Update 5:51 PM: All Lanes Open

I-75 North is completely shut down due to a collision at exit 29. Also responding were London-Laurel Rescue Squad, Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County, and Corbin Police Department.

Early this morning Corbin Fire Department responded to a vehicle collision on 25W in Laurel County. Also responding were Corbin Police, Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County, and London Laurel Rescue Squad.

THE CITY OF CORBIN WILL BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY, JUNE 19TH, IN OBSERVANCE OF JUNETEENTH. RESIDENTS WITH FRIDAY GARBAGE PICKUP WILL HAVE THEIR GARBAGE PICKED UP ON THURSDAY, JUNE 18TH. PLEASE HAVE YOUR GARBAGE AT CURBSIDE BY 7:00 A.M.

We have just cleared the scene of a vehicle fire on Highway 26 near Highway 3041. Firefighters extinguished the fire with a water and foam mixture. Also responding was Corbin Police Department.
