Results update- We are extremely proud of Ryan for representing Crisp County FFA, Crisp County High School, and Georgia as one of the TOP FOUR NATIONAL FINALISTS in the National FFA Agricultural Communications Proficiency Award at the 99th National FFA Convention & Expo in Indianapolis!

While Ryan was not selected as the national winner, being recognized among the top four in the nation is an outstanding achievement. National FFA does not rank the remaining three finalists, so all four have earned the distinction of being national finalists.

Ryan Kelly, a 2026 Crisp County High School graduate and Crisp County FFA member, has been named one of just FOUR NATIONAL FINALISTS for the National FFA Agricultural Communications Proficiency Award!

FFA is the largest Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) in Georgia and the nation, providing students with the most opportunities for leadership, hands on learning, and career development.

Through her Agricultural Communications SAE, “It’s Showtime with Ryan,” Ryan has used her passion for agriculture and storytelling to promote Georgia’s agricultural industry.

Ryan is now a freshman at the University of Georgia majoring in Agricultural Communications and serves as a Communications Intern for the Georgia FFA Association! Putting her skills learned at CCHS into action!

The FFA mission is to develop students’ potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education.

At Crisp County FFA, we work to bring that mission to life by connecting students In grades 6-12, with industry professionals, providing real world experiences, and opening doors to future careers. We want every student to discover their passion and have the opportunity to pursue it!

Ryan completed her national award interview on September 23, and the results will be announced TODAY, Thursday, October 22, at the 99th National FFA Convention & Expo in Indianapolis! 🏆

Seniors!

Please plan to attend the FAFSA/Financial Aid presentation to be held on Friday, October 30th at 9:30 am in the CCHS Cafeteria. Our presenter, Katie Minich from GA Student Finance Commission, will be here to share valuable information about how to complete the FAFSA and other forms of financial aid available to high school seniors.

The Crisp County High School Band is proud to announce that THREE of our talented band members have been selected for the GMEA District 2 Jazz Band!

On Monday, October 5th, several CCHS band students auditioned and competed against talented musicians from surrounding counties for a spot in this prestigious honor jazz band. We are incredibly proud of these students for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding musical achievement!

Please join us in congratulating our three GMEA District 2 Jazz Band selections!

Kylan Edwards- 12th grade- Alto Saxophone
Elijah Cornwell- 12th grade- Trumpet
Kylian Evans- 10th grade- Drum set

These outstanding musicians will participate in the District 2 Honor Jazz Band Clinic on February 11–12, 2027, at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) in Tifton, Georgia.

Let’s show these Cougars some love as they continue to represent Crisp County High School and our community with PRIDE!

Last night, we celebrated our three volleyball seniors as they took the court for their Senior Night! ✨

We are incredibly proud of these student-athletes and their dedication, hard work, and contributions to our volleyball program.

Congratulations on an incredible season, and thank you for the memories, leadership, and commitment you have brought to the team! 🐾

With 25 years in education and 23 years at CCHS, Mrs. Fuller serves as our Work-Based Learning & Youth Apprenticeship Program Coordinator and CTAE Department Chair. She is passionate about helping students build career connections, confidence, and skills for future success!
