🎨Our 8th graders in Miss Murphy’s art classes have been hard at work on their final project of the 9 weeks: wall-hanging planters!

Students combined all three hand-building techniques they learned this 9 weeks to create their own unique ceramic masterpieces! From building and adding details to glazing their pieces, students put a lot of creativity and hard work into bringing their designs to life. ✨

A huge shoutout to Mr. Stephens and Mrs. Felton for helping us find a way to get both classes real plants to go in their finished planters! 🌱

The CCMS fair booth was a then and now moment. We did a similar booth 10 years ago. CCMS believes that community involvement is important. We would like to thank the Lion’s Club for sponsoring the fair booth competition and Mr. Randy and the Crisp County Extension agency for organizing the fair booths. The first picture is then and the second one is now.
