πŸŒ±πŸš— CITY OF NEW CORDELL CODE ENFORCEMENT REMINDER πŸš—πŸŒ±

As spring and summer arrive, the City of New Cordell would like to remind property owners of their responsibility to maintain their property in accordance with city ordinances.

Please help keep our community safe, clean, and attractive by addressing the following:

βœ… Mow tall grass and weeds regularly

βœ… Remove trash, debris, and junk accumulation

βœ… Properly maintain vacant lots

βœ… Remove or repair inoperable, abandoned, or junk vehicles

βœ… Eliminate conditions that may attract rodents, snakes, insects, or other pests

βœ… Reduce fire hazards caused by overgrown vegetation and accumulated debris

Properties with excessive weeds, trash, junk, or inoperable vehicles may be considered a public nuisance and could be subject to code enforcement action.

Our goal is voluntary compliance and community pride. By maintaining our properties, we help improve neighborhood appearance, protect property values, and promote public health and safety for everyone.

If you receive a notice from the city, please contact City Hall or the New Cordell Police Department with any questions regarding compliance requirements.
