Cordell might experience a rolling blackout today from the Southwest power pool. We won't know when or how long the power might be out. We have no control over this.

The city will no longer pick up garbage or any other items not placed inside of a blue poly cart. We value the health and wellbeing of our employees and will not pick up any bags or anything else that is not inside of the blue polycarts. We will not pick up limbs either. If you have something placed at the curb that is not inside a poly cart you will be requested to remove it. If you do not remove it within a reasonable time you will receive a citation.

It is a violation of city ordinances for citizens to discharge any firearm within the municipal boundaries.

Animals are required to be on a leash held by a competent person while out of a fenced yard.

During this COVID-19 pandemic Police Officers will take any measures necessary to resolve issues with vicious animals at large.
