This month's quilt is from Bev Smith. Here is what she had to say...Hand quilted by Marcelle (Marce) Hozak (1925-2025). Marce was a master of hand quilting as seen in this hand stitched applique. She was a gifted artist. She excelled in quilting, knitting, crocheting, card making, macramé, crewel work, plastic canvas and she was a skilled sewer. She made all of her square dancing outfits (100 plus). There wasn’t a craft she couldn’t do and do it well. It was my privilege to be her neighbor and close friend.
