The year 1897 marked the midpoint between the beginning of statistical reporting in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church's General Assembly minutes and the partial union of 1906. The minutes from that Assembly are presented here in digital form for the first time.

In 1945, as part of the General Assembly minutes, the Cumberland Presbyterian Church published a pictorial directory of our military chaplains. We took some time yesterday to do a little scanning and included the 1945 minutes. Here, extracted, is the chaplains directory. Note, they all are wearing their rank insignia.

We have been busy getting ready for General Assembly which takes place next week in Rogers, Arkansas, but I feel a little guilty if I don't upload at least a few things to the archive.
