Today, our Chief of Police, Landon Tucker, had the honor of attending the Corinth School District D.A.R.E. Graduation to celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of these amazing students.

The D.A.R.E. program teaches valuable lessons about making safe choices, building confidence, and showing respect for others and our community. We are proud of each student for completing the program and thankful for the opportunity to support and encourage the next generation.

Thank you to the Corinth School District, teachers, parents, and D.A.R.E. officers for investing in our youth and helping make a positive difference in their lives. Congratulations to all of the graduates!

From the desk of Chief Tucker:

Today, officers with the Corinth Police Department were involved in an officer-involved shooting in the area of Farmington Arms Apartments at approximately 12:30pm. Preliminary information indicates officers responded to a physical disturbance. One Officer was treated for minor injuries and the suspect was transported to the Magnolia Regional Hospital. This investigation has been turned over to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigations.
