Maple Valley Farm-Monica's Open daily, please call ahead Maple Valley Farm is a sugar bush farm. Every year at the end of February we tap our maple tree to collect the sap.

We make delicious maple syrup and lots of other maple products. At the end of March or beginning of April we open the farm up to the public for our Maple Open House Weekend. We offer a free hayride to the sugar house and explain how to make syrup. There is also a sample at the end of the tour. During open house we also offer many other activities and vendors. Keep tabs on our site the month before

open house for updates. During Open House we offer a Pancake Breakfast and other tasty item to eat. All the maple products will be on sale including everyone's favorite Maple Cotton Candy. We also offer Honey and Honey products for sale. This is a great day out with the family. We hope to see you at this year's Maple Open House.

It’s Market Day, and downtown is ready for you. 🌿

Come spend your Saturday morning with the people who grow it, bake it, make it, bottle it, cook it, and bring it all to Glens Falls every week.

Grab something for dinner, something for the pantry, something sweet for the ride home, and maybe a few things you didn’t know you needed until you saw them.
