Sadly, we are in the process of selling Pondview. We will be having a "moving" sale the weekend of April 30. Furniture, linens and household items will be sold. Save the date if there is anything you desire!

Our special Pondview will be put up for sale soon. Our partners moved out of state. Keeping Pondview pristine for our guests is too much for us without our partners. We are so sad, but it will be an exciting opportunity for some lucky family. After almost 80 years in our family, this 2 acres will be available for another family. Loved reading about the family history, fascinating...the grounds were breathtaking, such peace and quiet...enjoyed walking thru the orchard/trees. We hope to come back some day....and wanted to express our gratitude.

It is a very special place- we were blown away as we drove up the driveway….the grounds are spectacular, all the wild life etc…and the history of the home, your family makes the experience especially interesting and meaningful. So glad you were able to keep the home in your family and wish you much success. We’ll hope to return one day and will happily refer anyone we know who may visit the area.

Our latest 5 star review!
"Pondview is a wonderful vacation rental and wedding venue! We spent 5 nights here, celebrating my birthday and a micro wedding here with our closest friends and family. The location was absolutely amazing and we will miss waking up to such a gorgeous view. My now husband and I share 3 teenagers and an 8 year old between us. The kids immediately said “let’s go check this place out,” put their bags down and (to my surprise) went to check out the farm and explore outside… not inside. Our life is always connected and on the go, and of all the memories we made here, watching them disconnect and explore the farm everyday is something I will never forget. They’ve already asked if we can make this an annual venture. This is a working farm, and we had no interruptions whatsoever to our day. The kids enjoyed watching the workings of the farm and picking blackberries. As for the rental process itself, Sandi was so prompt and easy to communicate with. We may have had a small, DIY wedding, but Kellie and Sandi are clearly pros at this! We had a map of parking, electricity, a list of preferred vendors, and everything you need to know in their rental agreement. They have put so much love and time into this home and business that it shines and is truly a 5 star experience."
