The Assessment Change Notice that was mailed recently contained some incorrect dates.
Board of Review will be held on March Monday March 9th 9am-3pm and Tuesday March 10th 3pm-9pm
Walk-In questions at Gladstone City Hall are scheduled for Saturday, March 7th 11am-2pm. Apologies for the error. If there are any questions, please contact the assessor.

Things are happening with property taxes this time of year,
What Homeowners Should Know Right Now- A Property Tax PSA from your assessor (Part 1):
It’s the time of year when assessors finalize property values for 2026. If you’ve had questions about your value or tax amount, now is the best time to reach out.
Here’s what to watch for:
- January–March: 2026 values are being finalized
- New home buyers (2025): Taxable value will uncap in 2026
- New construction (2025): Added to your 2026 value at market rate
- Assessment Change Notices: Arriving late February
- March Board of Review: Your opportunity to appeal your value
