Yesterday around noon South Marshall Fire Department responded to I-65 for a motor vehicle accident with injuries and entrapment along with Marshall County OEM, Marshall County EMS, Marshall County Sheriff's Office Tennessee, and the Tennessee Highway Patrol. The patients were successfully extracted from their overturned vehicle and cared for by Marshall County EMS on scene.
