Grant money is available for homeowners in Chemung County.

The Chemung County Land Bank is accepting applications from homeowners in Chemung County for grant funding for safety and emergency repairs. These funds are provided by NYS Homes and Community Renewal through the Land Bank Initiative funding. Eligible applicants must have owned and occupied their home in Chemung County for at least 12 months. Income eligibility and terms apply (up to 120% Area Median Income).
