Arbor Housing and Development will be closing the following waiting lists for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program – Project-Based Voucher (PBV) units in Steuben and Chemung Counties:

- Hornellsville Apartments LLC
- Lamphear Court Apartments LLC
- Chemung Crossing LLC
- EastGate

Applications will not be accepted for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program after Friday, May 1, 2026 (until further notice). Public Notice will be provided when the Arbor Housing and Development Section 8 Program re-opens the waiting list.

This determination has been made based on HUD regulation and in compliance with NYS Homes and Community Renewal Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan.
