United Way is looking for a team of strong, energetic, caring volunteers that would be willing to help a disabled elderly neighbor in our community.

This individual requires assistance moving from one residence to another, just steps apart on the same property in Chemung County on or about June 17th and 18th, but can be flexible.

Would you be able to help? Whether you're part of a workplace team, sports team, church group, or simply know a few people willing to roll up their sleeves, your support could make a tremendous difference.

💙 Today is Day of Action! 💙

More than 400 volunteers are putting their time and talents to work across Chemung and Steuben Counties supporting local nonprofit organizations and making a difference in our community.

A huge thank you to our generous sponsors — Siemens Energy, ServU Credit Union, Corning Incorporated, and Socha Financial Group, LLC — for helping make this day possible. We are also grateful to Wegmans for hosting us this morning and providing breakfast to fuel our volunteers before they headed out to serve!

Today is a powerful reminder that Every Drop Counts—and of the incredible impact we can make when we come together. 🌟
