We would like to welcome our new Chief People Officer, Stephanie Roseman, to the Fortis Team!

With extensive HR leadership across diverse sectors—ranging from insurance and aviation to consulting and manufacturing— she is strongly positioned to steer Fortis’ people-first vision.

She has over 25 years of broad experience in HR, including everything from working with the union at Ford Motor Company to HR operations and employee experience for over 53,000 employees at Allstate. She has overseen M&A integrations, led digital and remote workforce transformation, advised C-suites on organizational design, workforce transitions, and strategic HR planning.

Stephanie brings a rare blend of legal, HR, and business acumen. In her personal time she is a voracious reader and loves to travel!

Each year, nearly 1,000 house fires are started by pets—and countless more put them at risk when emergencies happen.
💡 Here are a few fire safety tips to help keep your pets safe:

✅ Secure open flames and electrical cords
✅ Use flameless candles when possible
✅ Never leave pets unattended near stoves
✅ Keep leashes and carriers near exits
✅ Place a “Pet Inside” window cling for first responders
