🎓 Calling all high school seniors! Applications are now open for the Lead con Esperanza Young Leaders Program!

This leadership and workforce development program is open to high school seniors in Nueces, San Patricio, Jim Wells, Aransas, and Kleberg counties.

Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, community service, and real-world learning, students will strengthen their skills in leadership, resume writing, interviewing, financial literacy, career readiness, and servant leadership.

Students who successfully complete the program will receive a $600 scholarship paid directly to the college, university, technical school, or career institute of their choice!
