We want to take a moment to recognize Town & Country Cafe for their continued support of our organization and, most importantly, our local law enforcement officers.

They have always opened their doors to us and welcomed us to set up in front of their restaurant, giving us the opportunity to share our mission with the community. Their support goes far beyond simply giving us a place to set up. Every 1st Saturday of the month, their entire staff proudly wears our shirts as a show of support for the men and women who serve and protect our community.

We are incredibly grateful for businesses like Town & Country Cafe that continue to show up and remind our officers that their community stands behind them. Thank you for believing in our mission, making a difference and for always supporting the badge.

Please take a moment today and remember our fallen brother, Charlie "Chuck" Williams Jr.

Keep his family in your thoughts and prayers as today marks the six-year anniversary of Chuck's End-of-Watch. May God find peace for Chuck, his family and the entire CCPD family at this difficult time.

Charlie "Chuck" Williams Jr – July 13, 2020

Senior Officer Charlie “Chuck” Williams Jr. died from complications as the result of contracting COVID-19 while on duty. Senior Officer Williams had served with the Corpus Christi Police Department for 35 years and was assigned to the Directed Patrol Division.

Senior Officer Williams was survived by his son and two daughters.
