Take a few hours and come out to 12 Hours of Mesa Verde Mtn Bike Race and volunteer! They give back so much to the community. Click on their link and sign up! Lots of timers are still needed.

We still have some lots of volunteer opportunities for those not racing and looking for great karma, a race t-shirt, and amazing snack packs for the Dolores Food Market! No experience necessary and you don't have to be a mountain biker. Just a desire to have fun supporting local youth in SW Colorado!

April was a busy and meaningful month for the Four Corners Child Advocacy Center. As many know, April is Child Abuse Awareness Month—often recognized as “Go Blue”—and it brought a full calendar of impactful events.
We kicked off the month by attending a Colorado Avalanche game in Denver in support of all Child Advocacy Centers across Colorado. From there, we hosted our Annual Golf Tournament. Despite the cold weather, it turned out to be a great day filled with support and community spirit.
Next came our annual walk in the park, Let Hope Bloom. With beautiful weather and a strong turnout, it was a wonderful reminder of how much this community cares. Throughout the month, businesses along Main Street in Cortez lit their storefronts in blue, community members showed up wearing blue, and countless individuals found ways to support our mission.
We truly can’t say thank you enough. This community continues to come together, support one another, and rally behind important causes. Once again—thank you for all the support!

We are very proud of our Multi-Disciplinary Team that has worked this case diligently for two years. Special shout outs to prosecutors Rocio Roman and Justin Pierce, former CPD Detective Kristin Cannon, Sylvia Liska and everyone in the 22nd Judical District’s Victim Witness Unit, and most especially to the survivor and her family who showed an immense amount of courage throughout the entire process. We’re so proud of all of you!!
