Our Retail Pharmacy will be hosting a Back to School Vaccine Clinic on August 11th for children and adolescents who are going back to school this fall!

Appointments are strongly encouraged but not mandatory. Please schedule your appointment here: https://www.shsretailpharmacy.com/.

Generally, kids going into Kindergarten and 6th grade are due for vaccines. Please visit the CIIS public portal at https://ciis.state.co.us/public/Application/PublicPortal to determine if your child is requiring any vaccines.

We will be performing a mandatory training on Thursday, September 15th from 12:40 P.M. to 1:40 P.M. at the Medical Office Building.

Operation hours will remain the same throughout the entire facility, including the hospital, and emergency department. Personnel will be present to answer any questions during the training.
