Helping Hands Caring Heart We are a faith-based pregnancy & parent support center helping those in need. Open 10-12 am, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays to Noon.

We are a faith-based pregnancy and parenting support center serving the Cortland, NY area. We assist pregnant women, single parents (both men and women), low income families, and families with young children. We are a resource for families in crisis situations. This includes referrals and networking to services in our community. We offer free baby and children's clothing up to size 4T, diapers, wi

pes, bottles, handmade blankets, and personal care items. We also have a Period Pantry that provides feminine products for women, including those without children. We are open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10 a.m.

It is time again for CAPCO Family Development Program's Pajama Party!
We’re excited to invite families to a cozy, fun-filled Pajama Party!
Every child who attends from birth to 10 years old will receive a new pair of pajamas, a book, and a new blanket to start their very own bedtime story collection!
Supplies are limited — you MUST RSVP!

As part of Governor Hochul's 2024 State of the State initiatives to address maternal and infant mortality, the New York State Office of Children and Family Services provided us with Graco Pack n' Plays that we can distribute to families who meet the following criteria:
- Be a primary caregiver for an infant (child under the age of 1)
- Not have a safe sleep environment
- Not have the resources to obtain a safe sleep environment

If you qualify, please call 607-753-5087 to arrange a time to pick up the FREE pack n 'play with crib sheet set. Thank You!

On Tuesday, Dec 23rd, bring your child to see Santa and get a free book! See below for locations.

We are excited to share the joy of reading this holiday season. One of Santa's helpers and his elves will be traveling throughout the Cortland Enlarged City School District on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. Santa's Book Bus will stop at 8 locations throughout the district where Santa and his elves will give out books and sing. We hope children can make their way to one of the locations to get a book and see Santa. Please see the times below.
