Vestibule Improvements & Elevator Replacement Asbestos Abatement Project.

The Cortland Housing Authority (CHA) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for Vestibule Improvements & Elevator Replacement Asbestos Abatement.

If interested in bidding, please call 607-753-1771 ext. 236 or email Lyn at [email protected] to request a bid packet. Bids must be turned in no later than 2:00 pm local time June 24th, 2026, at the CHA offices at 42 Church Street, Cortland, NY 13045.

The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding. MBE/WBE/DBE/MWBE welcome.
