Randy has decided to not seek re-election as Chairman of the committee. This being said, we will need someone to seek the nomination. I do not have the time required to take on the responsibilities of the chair, nor have I ever been interested in leading the committee. This is a crucial time in the quest for Cortland to become a full chapter. We will need to discuss wheter or not we wish to continue the committee under new leadership, or if it will fall by the wayside. There is allot to discuss this month so please try to make an effort to attend, those of you that wish to run for committee seats please do so. I will stay and help in the capacity that I have been doing. I believe in this cause but I have only so much time to invest. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you to Randy for helping us to get this far, and I wish you luck.

ATTENTION>>> The Cortland County SCOPE committee meeting scheduled for tonight has been cancelled due to illness of most of the officers. However, we need to announce that next month is the annual election of officers. Anyone that wishes to run for office should be at noxt months meeting where nominations and elections will be held. We apologize for the short notice but unfortunately it is the season for these illnesses to come up so please bear with us. The meeting will be held at the normal time and place next month at the Blodgett Mills Sportsmens Club. We also hope to have a guest speaker from our Southern Tier chapter to give us some ideas on how we can raise funds for our committee and we have a power point presentation from our recent Leadership conference. Hope to see you all there next month and again we apologize for the short notice.
