Today is the Mental Health Walk for Cortland County.

11:00am-12:00pm Resource Fair- come out and meet professionals from the area. Learn what services we have available to support mental wellness.

12:00pm- Brief introductions and then the walk to follow. This year the walk will be down from the Fairgrounds to Guthrie Cortland Medical Center and back.

It’s great weather and a fun crowd to be around. We will see you there.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Join the Cortland community for the annual Mental Health Awareness Resource Fair & Walk on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the County Fairgrounds.

The event begins at 11:00 AM, with welcome remarks from local providers and advocates at 12:00 PM, followed by a 1.3-mile walk.

Consider attending to show your support for individuals living with mental health diagnoses, those experiencing emotional crises, and the providers and advocates who serve them every day.
