Today there will be berming on Six Mile Creek Road and crews will continue to replace shoulder tile on M-21. There will be ditching on Byron Road, and the arm mowers will be operating in Burns and Perry townships.

Back to school means busier roads! Students are returning to classrooms and college campuses, while road crews are still hard at work across Michigan. With more vehicles, pedestrians and workers along our roads, there’s no room for distraction behind the wheel.

Slow down. Stay alert. Be patient and obey all road signs.

ROAD WORK UPDATE

Line striping starts tomorrow in Fairfield, Rush, New Haven, and Hazelton Township. Please use caution around our crews and allow extra time for travel as needed.

The chip seal crew will also be getting started on:

🚧 Warren Rd between M-21 and Wilkinson Rd
🚧 Hibbard Rd beginning at the county line and heading east until Baldwin Rd

Please slow down in work zones, give our crews plenty of room, and watch for changing road conditions.
