🍷 The picturesque Corvallis Chamber Greeters at Cardwell Hill Cellars! 🍇
We had a wonderful morning at Cardwell Hill Cellars learning about this beautiful 40-acre winery and the people behind it! We toured the property, saw the bottling process, and learned that Cardwell Hill produces around 7,000 cases a year featuring Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir.
We also learned about their unique Swiss Wädenswil Pinot grape, which was grafted onto Oregon stock, along with Pommard and Dijon Pinot clones grown right on the property. 🌿
From lavender-filled landscapes and edible table grapes growing on the pergola to Harvest Hosts, summer concerts supporting local nonprofits, and a tasting room open 7 days a week, year-round, there’s so much to discover here!
A special shoutout to Katrina, who has been part of Cardwell Hill since 2012, starting as their accountant and now welcoming guests in the tasting room. And we loved hearing the story of the owner, a former chemical engineer who became a winemaker!
Thank you, Cardwell Hill Cellars, for hosting our Greeters and giving us such a great behind-the-scenes look at one of our local wineries! 🍷❤️
Shout out to Sage and Finley…chamber dogs in the wild!
