Get yours while the gettins still good! As of 12/16, this is what's left of our See's fundraiser supplies. We refilled once, but See's is running low on Xmas boxes, so we can't bring you more joy. Lions will be at Rice's pharmacy until the last box is sold, so if you've been thinking about stopping by, we encourage moving that to do to the top of your Santa list! Your candy purchase funds school vision screenings in Corvallis AND vision screenings, eyeglasses and eye surgeries for neighbors in need.

If you haven't picked up your See's gifts from the Corvallis Lions at Rice's Pharmacy yet, it's time to put it on your action now list. Supplies are dwindling - again! We've restocked once but even See's is running short of holiday wrapped boxes. Don't despair, we'll be back next year! In the meantime, if you can't get your faves from us, there are See's locations along I-5 you can pop into. But please, try us first. Your purchases help pay for school vision screenings and eye exams for local adults and kids. So sweet. So much good.

So fun to see all the usual faces returning to support the Corvallis Lions See's candy sale! We're at Rice's Pharmacy (inside again this year) and it's truly a one stop shopping opportunity. Bring your old eyeglasses, cell phones and hearing aids to recycle too. We'll be at Rice's for another 18 or so days so don't wait too long. Your faves are going fast! Look for our Burger Barn on Kings in front of Rice's. Your See's purchases support eye screenings in the schools and vision exams and glasses for those in need. And so much more. Bring joy to those you help AND yourself. Happy holidays!

Burgers sizzling at the Benton County Fair this weekend! Thanks Lion and non-lion volunteers for working the front lines for all the good things Lions do locally! And thanks to the hungry public for the $400+ in tips for kids! WOW!

Corvallis Community Christmas Parade

It's time to plan the 34th annual Corvallis Community Christmas Parade! It will be on Saturday, November 24th at 7:00 PM (i.e. - two days after Thanksgiving). The parade will travel north on Fourth Street from Washington and end at Jackson . A celebration of songs and lights will follow the Parade at the Benton County Courthouse.

We are pleased to announce the Grand Marshal this year is local corporate leader, civic activist, and generous philanthropist Ken Pastega. Ken has helped lead many Pastega Family contributions to make our community a better place, most recently teaming up with Samaritan Hospital to provide a bus for health screenings. For several years, Ken has led the big project to refurbish and display the Pastega Christmas Lights at the Fairgrounds. Thank you, Ken , for honoring the parade as our Grand Marshal. Our parade theme is "HOORAY PASTEGA CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!". How many ways can all the characters in the Pastega Christmas Lights display can be portrayed?
