Here in Corvallis, we have a special role to play in respecting and safeguarding Asian community members, including students, visitors, and immigrants who share that heritage or racial identity. Please share this statement by Mayor Biff Traber about the recent tragic murders in Georgia.

Statement by Mayor Biff Traber
Respecting and Safeguarding Asian Members
of the Corvallis Community

Like so many people in the Corvallis community, I was shocked and disgusted by the tragic murders in Georgia earlier this month – a senseless act of violence that appears to be motivated by racist animus toward people of Asian descent.
Here in Corvallis, we have a special role to play in respecting and safeguarding Asian community members, including students, visitors, and immigrants who share that heritage or racial identity. As the home of Oregon State University, we welcome Asian students from many countries. We invite them to join our community and live as our neighbors for however long they choose to be in Corvallis. For many, living in Corvallis is one of their first opportunities to experience the United State of America. We have a special responsibility to ensure that this is a treasured experience, free from racial discrimination or injustice.
Likewise, we stand in solidarity with Asian-Americans in our community who rightly ask how such a tragedy can take place in our modern society.
Violence often begins with bias incidents or hate crimes. Sadly, these disturbing acts have been on the rise over the last year in our country. The Oregon Department of Justice operates a hate and bias response hotline which can be accessed at 1-844-924-BIAS or standagainsthate.oregon.gov. I call on all Corvallis community members to make use of this resource and help us build a safer community for everyone.

Hello, my name is Kelly Case . I'm looking for investors to help start a new type of internet advertising model in this country , and if I can get all of my dominoes in a row , in the entire world . You will have to go to my site at kellyjoecase.com to get the gist of what you need to know . It took me six weeks to write and perfect and memorize the script so you can spend fifteen minutes to listen to what I have to say and review my contract. The contract is for the general public , investors is going to be a little different , but the basic idea. It doesn't take a lot of money to establish priority of an idea in this country, and as long as you maintain due diligence you can reap the rewards when the patent is issued, and some times under the right conditions get injunctions against others from infringing on certain aspects of your idea before the patent is issued. I tried cold calling advertisers and that didn't work , and I tried e-mailing advertise and that didn't work either. I think the non-co petition and non dis-closer clause in the contract is kind of a turn off. So I guess I have to switch mental gears and demographics. These are my thoughts on how to make this work, as I already said it doesn't take a whole lot of money to establish priority of an idea, but the lawyer is different. I need a kind of escrow account established for investors that the lawyer involved will control, a high end lawyer who has an established history of taking people to school. Contracts between the lawyer and bank and me and the investors will have to be established. The lawyer is the point person. There will be a meeting of the minds on the wording of the contracts between all concerned. I'm going to reach out to 49 Angle investors, one per state preferably, that’s not in stone, but those are my thoughts for now . I will require $1000 investment in exchange for 1% interest in the corporation formed and the patent. I get 51% interest ,but I will surrender any power to make decisions entirely to the board except for the agreements that will be issued to the junior partners in the next few months. Those will be binding until the contract s expire, and except if it concerns my interest or some kind of liability on my part, I will have absolute power over those two things in the event a problem in that area arises, and it will remain that way until I sell my interest.. I will not require one cent from any one ever, except for those who acquire my interest. My benefit is that I get to use everyone's media as a platform for mine, and I am 100% responsible for my media. The one percent does not reflect one percent of the profits, It represents your seat on the board. I want each investor to control the flow in his own state. Some investors will control the other states that don’t get spoken for. The day I broadcast my methodology video is the day I put the offer on the table for Apple , Facebook , and Google for a certain percentage of my interest in exchange for performing certain functions. If I can get a legal foothold in these other countries and get everyone poised to hit the ground running, then this will indeed turn into something very incredible, like instant billionaire incredible. So if there are any Angle investors out there who have ties in China, Russia, India, The European Union , Africa, Japan, The Philippines, South America, you can jockey yourself into a very lucrative position at this time. How I'm setting things up here is how it needs to be set up in these other countries. I will need a contract drafted up that meets international standards so I can put a general offer on the table for the general public in these countries on as many social media sites as possible. There is a difference between the partners who put up money and those who sign up for free . For the public , the contracts last for three or five years depending on certain circumstances . Its the people who have boots on the ground that are going to lay the network, but once its laid it will be there forever with very little variation. When the contracts end all the power to restructure will be controlled by the investors, and those who have an interest in the patent. Until then , the legal ground work has to be laid to protect the junior partners and all the others involved so they can get in and earn there fortune. The way I thought the percentages would be divided up for the partners. The partners who sign up for free will get 10% of everyone’s revenue who they sponsor into the organization . The main web site will be set up to funnel everyone else who want to sign up to the real partners in there specific state. If someone wants to sign up in Texas through the web site , ten percent of that persons revenue goes to the real partner in Texas , and dido for every other partner in every other state. After three, five years when the contracts end , the real partners inherit all the media in there state that the temporary partners vacated .There are a lot of other things that need to be touched upon , this kind of summarize what needs to be said for now. My contact information is on my site. Thank you . Kelly Case. Please forward this to others who you might think would be interested. Thank you .
