💧Hydro-cise: M-Th 6-6:45pm | This music driven workout blends endurance and strength training by moving with and against the current. Moderate to high intensity.
💧Aquatic Movement: F 4-4:45pm | Combines exercise, music and water support to create a positive, encouraging fitness class for individuals with special needs. Low intensity.
