Our team at the Harrison County Economic Development Corporation enjoyed stopping by the Chestnut Street Market in downtown Corydon today!

If you haven’t checked it out yet, we encourage you to stop in and explore the wide variety of local goods and unique finds available from area vendors and makers. It’s great to see local businesses and entrepreneurs thriving in our downtown.

Earlier this week, the Harrison County Economic Development Corporation spent time visiting several outstanding employers across the county, including Lucas Oil, Fred Smith Store Fixtures, and Preferred Popcorn.

Coordinated by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation’s Business Retention & Expansion team, these visits provided an opportunity to learn more about the successes, opportunities, and future growth plans of businesses investing in our community. We were also pleased to be joined by leaders from Ivy Tech, Southern Indiana Works, and Harrison County government throughout the visits.

Our team greatly enjoyed the opportunity to connect with these industry leaders and community partners and looks forward to continuing these conversations and partnerships in the future.
