Exciting news! 🎉

Mesa Water District received a top honors award in government accounting and financial reporting. This is the 28th year in a row that we have been recognized for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada. We are proud to say that it is the highest form of recognition in accounting and financial reporting.

August is National Water Quality Month, dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of water quality.

Imagine a day without access to clean water. No showers, no drinking straight from the tap, no coffee, no cooking, no washing your laundry, or even flushing the toilet. Simply no running water. During National Water Quality Month, let’s all take actions to support local efforts to protect water sources and reduce pollution through responsible means.

Beautiful summer day at the top of the AES Power Plant in Huntington Beach! The new power plant is a crucial component for our water: we need lots of energy! This new plant takes 5 MINUTES to turn on and deliver necessary energy across the area.

As a long-time resident of Costa Mesa, I am very excited about the return of Concerts in the Park! Mesa Water is proud to be a sponsor of this annual tradition at Fairview Park. Make sure to stop by the Mesa Water Booth to spin the wheel for amazing prizes!

Concerts in the Park include food and beverage vendors, as well as amazing live music from various local bands.

Residents and businesses in Mesa Water District’s service area can be confident that their water is safe! The 2023 Water Quality Report has been released, confirming the district’s local groundwater supplies meet all state and federal drinking water regulations. Mesa Water is going on 63 years of providing safe and local water for the community!
