August is National Water Quality Month, dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of water quality.

Imagine a day without access to clean water. No showers, no drinking straight from the tap, no coffee, no cooking, no washing your laundry, or even flushing the toilet. Simply no running water. During National Water Quality Month, let’s all take actions to support local efforts to protect water sources and reduce pollution through responsible means.

Mesa Water District is committed to providing SAFE and RELIABLE water to our ratepayers.

Why is water so important?

We use and drink water daily, often taking it for granted. When diving into the science behind every existence on this planet, water is one of the most essential requirements for all. Without water the earth could not sustain itself; no humans, plants, or animals could survive without it.

Happy Independence Day!! 🇺🇸🎉

As we come together to celebrate as a nation, I would like to remind you to stay hydrated today! Did you know that about 60% of the human body is water? That is why we should all be drinking about half a gallon of water a day. So don’t forget to drink plenty of water while you are enjoying the holiday!
